About this role
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction of New Building projects, ensuring the safe, timely, and high‑quality construction of newbuild vessels in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
The role involves leading daily site operations and coordinating closely with shipyard teams, while continuously monitoring construction progress, quality, and compliance with specifications. The Site Manager ensures that safety practices are rigorously applied and addresses technical issues as they arise.
The position also requires structured reporting to Head Office on milestones, risks, and deviations, as well as providing leadership and guidance to the site team to support effective collaboration and performance.
University degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager is mandatoryProficiency in English, both oral and written.
