About this role
The Langham, London is currently seeking to recruit a Housekeeping Manager to come and join our fabulous housekeeping team. You will report to our Director of Housekeeping and the Assistant Executive Housekeeper. You will work in a team of three Housekeeping Managers in total, each taking care of a shift and following activities:
Ensuring your guests are happy during their stay - always providing warm and fuzzy service and anticipate their needsEnsuring that your staff are happy - train, coach, supervise, correct, give praise, be there for them and show loveAdministrative duties - give assistance with rosters, timesheets preparation, cleaning schedules etc.Do you have:
Previous experience of working in a supervisory/managerial role within a housekeeping department?Ability to motivate, lead and inspire people?Ability to work under pressure? High levels of resilience, tenacity and drive? Excellent communication skills?Then this is the job for you!
