About this role
Lead a team of trainee teachers and help them learn how to teach English to young learners in Austrian schools using our innovative, communicative method! Based out of Vienna or Vorchdorf, you will travel to local Austrian schools with a team of trainee teachers and implement our immersive English projects. You will lead, supervise and mentor a small group of trainee teachers and help them work towards completing their CertTESOL and TEFL-YL qualifications.

Report directly to the Director of StudiesTeach in schools across Austria, implementing our innovative, communicative methoLead a small team of trainee teachers, providing academic and pastoral supportConduct formal classroom observations and provide feedback to trainee teachersMark written assignments and course workDeliver teacher training input sessionsDrive between campus and school locations The ideal candidate will be an English native-level speaker, be qualified at the DELTA/Trinity DipTESOL level, and have experience that demonstrates both a genuine talent for working with children and training new teachers:
DELTA/Trinity DipTESOL orMA TESOL/ELT/PGCE + CELTA/CertTESOLMinimum of 3 years teaching experience requiredMinimum of 1 year formal teacher training experience desirableExperience providing formal written and verbal feedback based on classroom observationsExperience using a communicative approach to language teaching Experience in a young learner classroom Residence and work permit for Europe Valid drivers licence and ability to drive in AustriaRecent DBS check (or equivalent)
