Job Description: The position of supervisor is responsibilities for the daily work assignments, motivation, consultations, and discipline of all personnel assigned to his/her area of responsibility. It is the supervisor’s responsibility to provide support to his department through the insistence of proper operating procedures in obtaining the goals of the company. Responsible for instilling a culture of safety and continuous improvement in areas of responsibility. The incumbent is responsible for managerial tasks that include performance evaluations, training and employee development.

Experience Required:: A minimum of 3 - 4 year's of experience in supervising / managing manufacturing operations.
Experience with printing press operations in Lithography, Gravure and/or Flexo operations preferred.
Experience in paper converting operations preferred.
Education Required:: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
