Description: Join a stable, well-supported emergency medicine team at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas. TeamHealth is seeking a full-time EM physician to join our established emergency department practice serving the capital of Arkansas.
Opportunity Overview • Community emergency department with approximately 47,000 annual ED visits • Coverage model includes physician support with experienced nursing staff, APC coverage and hospital services • Flexible scheduling • Epic EMR • Employee status • Professional liability insurance with tail coverage provided
What You'll Do • Provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care to a diverse community population • Evaluate and manage a broad range of emergency medical conditions • Collaborate closely with nursing staff, hospital administration, and consulting services • Deliver efficient, evidence-based medical decision-making in a fast-paced ED environment • Participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement efforts
