Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital is seeking an experienced emergency medicine physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our emergency department team on a full-time basis. This role offers flexibility, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to practice in a busy, community-focused ED within a highly respected health system.
About the Emergency Department • Part of the Virtua Health system and Lourdes Health System campus • Access to on-site specialty services and advanced diagnostic resources • Emergency department annual volume: 51,000 • 32-bed ED • EMR: EPIC • Admission rate: 18-20% • NPs/PAs must be available for all shifts including 2 full weekends a month
Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary of $75 to $85 hourly.
