What are we looking for?
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of materials, and samples from our valued customers, and maintaining applicable records in a timely manner.
Shift/Schedule: 6 pm to 6 am CDT, 4 On 4 Off

What you’ll do:
Shipping and Receiving Clerk ships and receives materials for the company and its clients and maintains associated records Receives, examines, and records all inbound items defined as samples according to the login process
Receives, examines, and records all quality critical materials and supplies in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
Prepares and packages items for shipping, arranges for the method of shipment in conformance with IATA and other company policies and procedures, and maintains associated paperwork
Maintains the supplies necessary to accomplish the above responsibility
Maintains assigned area, files, supplies, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
Carries out all responsibilities in a supportive manner with adherence to the Company’s Safety Policy and Procedures, Quality Management System, Ethics Policy, Environmental Management System, Ethics Policy, Environmental Management System, Vision, and Strategy, and exercises good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy
