Hays Education are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join a supportive specialist education setting in Coventry from 2 November 2026.
Full-time availability is preferred, although part-time opportunities are also available.

Your New Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students and teaching staff, providing tailored support throughout the day.
Your role will include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group supportHelping students engage with lessons and activitiesSupporting students with a range of additional needsEncouraging confidence, communication and independenceAdapting your approach to individual student needsCreating a positive and supportive learning experienceWorking closely with teaching and support staff Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to FridayStart date: 02/11/2026Full-time preferred, with part-time options available.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for individuals who are:
Passionate about supporting young people with additional needsPatient, caring and positiveReliable with strong communication skillsComfortable working as part of a supportive teamExperienced within education, SEN, care or support work You'll need to register with Hays Education before starting, and we'll support you throughout the registration and necessary compliance checks.
