THE OPPORTUNITY
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join an established automotive bodyshop in Harold Wood.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently and consistently delivers a high standard of repair.

£32,000–£36,000 basic salaryStrong bonus structureCirca £55,000 OTEFull-time position1 in 4 weekend half-dayStable, established working environment
THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs to damaged vehicles, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to the required standard.
You will be involved in:
Panel repairs and replacementsAssessing and repairing vehicle body damageWelding and structural repairs where requiredPreparing vehicles for the next stage of the repair processMaintaining high standards of workmanship and productivityWorking safely and efficiently at all times
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Bodyshop Technician with:
Proven experience within a bodyshop environmentStrong panel repair and replacement skillsExperience welding and modern repair methodsA good understanding of vehicle body repair processesStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipA productive, reliable and professional approach Experience within a manufacturer-approved, dealer bodyshop or high-quality independent repair environment would be advantageous.
