We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 5-week refurbishment and remedial works project in Knowsley.
Scope of Works:
Roof remedial worksInternal strip-out worksElectrical worksFlooring installationsInternal decoration and finishingFinal site clean and handover Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractorsManage programme, quality and health & safety on siteEnsure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standardCoordinate trades and monitor progress against programmeMaintain site records, inductions and RAMS complianceManage snagging and final handover Requirements:
Proven experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projectsValid SMSTS certificationCSCS cardFirst Aid at Work qualificationFire Marshal/WardenAsbestos AwarenessStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and deliver to tight deadlines
