The Role
Develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to become a successful Financial Adviser.Work with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs, circumstances and long term goals.Learn to deliver tailored financial planning advice across areas such as pensions, investments and protection.Build trusted, long term client relationships through a personal, supportive and client-first approach.Work closely with experienced advisers, paraplanners and administrators, learning from an established and supportive team.Develop your technical knowledge and practical advisory skills, with full training and guidance throughout your progression. What We're Looking For
Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipPFS, DipFA or equivalent).A genuine ambition to move into a Financial Adviser role and build a long-term career in advice.A strong interest in helping people make informed decisions about their financial future.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A professional, empathetic and client-focused approach.A willingness to learn, develop and work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
