Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for: Supporting and developing the management accounts processOwning elements of the P&LPreparing and reviewing accruals and prepaymentsManaging and monitoring cash movements across multiple entities and underwriter accountsOverseeing direct debit collections and working with the bankCompleting and reviewing bank reconciliationsSupporting reporting to underwriters and the boardImproving processes and introducing greater structure to the finance functionSupporting the finance team with ad-hoc investigations and projects What you will need: Previous experience in a similar role such as Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant AAT or QBE finance experience consideredIdeally studying towards ACCA or CIMA (study support available)Good bank reconciliation and treasury/cash management experienceStrong attention to detailSage 50 experience beneficialIntermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables; Macros and Power BI a bonus) What you will get: Study support for ACCA/CIMA or relevant professional developmentHealth insurance and company pension 25 days' holidayGroup Life Insurance x4Flexible working Free onsite parkingOnsite amenities including canteen, gym and a variety of shops If you would like to find out more about this role, please apply with your CV or LinkedIn PDF.
