Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to move into a specialist commercial and procurement role with a rapidly expanding main contractor delivering major construction projects across the UK and Europe.
This is best suited to a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor looking to move away from traditional final accounts and project close-out responsibilities into a specialist role offering long-term progression and development.

Your Role as Procurement Manager Will Include:
Managing subcontractor procurement packages from tender through to appointment.Negotiating commercial agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.Working closely with pre-construction and project delivery teams.Managing supply chain relationships and ensuring packages are secured ahead of project commencement.Supporting commercial decision-making across multiple projects. As a Procurement Manager, You Will Have:
A background in Quantity Surveying within construction.Experience working with subcontractors and commercial negotiations.Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.An interest in developing a career within procurement.
