What you'll be doing:
Handling inbound and outbound customer callsResponding to emails and support enquiriesAssisting customers with technical queries (full training provided)Liaising with mobile network providers to resolve issuesSupporting the sales team with product-related questionsManaging and updating customer support tickets What we're looking for:
