Temporary Fleet Administrator - Immediate Start Available Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience in logistics, transport, or fleet operations? Our client is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, providing essential support to their busy operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Role: Fleet Administrator Location: Felixstowe Contract: Temporary Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Hours: 15 hours per week
Working Pattern:
Wednesday and Thursday, 8:45am - 5:15pm1-hour unpaid lunch breakFlexibility available on working days and hours if required Key Responsibilities Maintaining fleet and vehicle recordsSupporting fleet compliance and administrative processesUpdating systems, trackers, and spreadsheetsCoordinating vehicle maintenance and servicing schedulesProducing reports and maintaining accurate documentationLiaising with drivers, suppliers, and internal teamsGeneral administrative support to the fleet and transport function About You Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, transport, or fleet environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to prioritise workload and work independentlyProfessional and proactive approach to work What's On Offer?
