Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applicationsUndertaking planning research, policy reviews and site appraisalsAssisting with planning statements, appeal documents and other technical reportsSupporting the promotion of strategic development sites through the planning systemResearching local and national planning policy and emerging legislationLiaising with clients, local planning authorities, consultants and other stakeholdersAttending site visits, meetings and planning committees where appropriateAssisting senior members of the team with a varied portfolio of projects Requirements for the role of Graduate Town Planner:
