Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll design and deliver impactful learning initiatives that build capability, support career development and help teams perform at their best.
The Role As Learning & Development Partner, you'll create engaging learning experiences that support both individual and organisational growth. From management and leadership programmes to onboarding, technical training and career development initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Design and facilitate engaging training workshops covering management, leadership, business skills and personal effectivenessDevelop blended learning solutions including workshops, eLearning content, guides and learning resourcesSupport management development programmes, mentoring initiatives and career pathway projectsPartner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and deliver practical learning solutionsSupport the development and continuous improvement of onboarding programmesManage learning activities through the LMS, including content administration, scheduling, reporting and learner trackingMeasure learning effectiveness through feedback, engagement data and business impact metricsBuild strong relationships across the organisation to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives About You Experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development or TrainingStrong facilitation and presentation skillsExperience designing and delivering both soft skills and technical learning programmesAbility to create engaging, practical and user-focused learning contentExperience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working with employees at all levels What's On Offer?
