About this role
We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a thriving, family-owned business. This position has the option to work 2 days per week from home.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the business, delivering timely financial reporting, supporting budgeting and financial planning, providing valuable commercial insight, and ensuring finance processes run smoothly and efficiently. Experience using NetSuite is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsManage bank and balance sheet reconciliationsLiaise with other areas in the business such as procurement regarding budgetsPrepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activitiesManage petty cash, expense claims, and corporate credit card reconciliationsSupport payroll processing and review payroll-related entries when requiredAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management accounts and cost centre P&LSupport budget preparation, monitoring variances and highlighting issues to managementPrepare documentation for internal and external auditsRespond to finance queries Skills & Experience Required
Strong experience using NetSuite within a finance environment would be beneficialACA/ACCA or equivalent qualificationAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience within retail or product-based environments is beneficial but not essential If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
