We are recruiting on behalf of a national industry leader based in stunning modern offices in Fulwood. Due to a period of absence, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their friendly finance team on a temporary 12-week assignment.

Key Responsibilities Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching, batching and coding invoicesReconciling supplier statementsInvestigating and resolving invoice queriesPreparing payment runsMaintaining accurate financial recordsLiaising with suppliers and internal departmentsSupporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required The Ideal Candidate Previous Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger experienceGood attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong organisational and communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAble to work independently and meet deadlinesAAT qualification is advantageous but not essential What's On Offer?
