Warehouse Administrator Stansted Mountfitchet Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm £26,000 - £28,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme
We're looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, stock control, administration, logistics coordination, and customer deliveries.
Working closely with the Logistics Manager, you'll help ensure goods are received, stored, processed and dispatched accurately, while maintaining stock accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Receive, check and book in deliveriesPick, pack and dispatch customer ordersMaintain accurate stock records and support stock takesProcess warehouse transactions Complete customer deliveries to sites across the UK (typically up to 2 days per week)Load and unload goods safely and professionallySupport trade shows and exhibition logisticsMaintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, logistics, stores or stock control experienceStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills and a positive attitudeComfortable using computer systems and learning new softwarePhysically able to assist with loading and unloading goodsFull UK driving licence essentialExperience with ERP systems is desirable What's in It for You? £26,000 - £28,000 salary Bonus scheme Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm hours Full training on company processes Supportive team environment Opportunities for career development A varied role where no two days are the same
