Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role in Leamington Spa?
Hays Education is looking to register dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Leamington Spa and the surrounding areas. We work closely with a range of primary schools that require experienced support staff for long-term and ongoing opportunities.
The Role
Full-time, Monday to FridaySchool hours during term timeSupporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsAssisting with learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeingSupporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needsBuilding positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents What We're Looking For
Experience supporting children with SEN in a school, care or support settingA patient, caring and proactive approachStrong communication and behaviour management skillsAbility to build trust and rapport with pupilsAn enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Eligibility to work in the UK What Hays Can Offer
