Account Director | Social-First Creative Agency | London I'm working with a fast-growing social-first creative agency that's looking for an Account Director to join their London team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work across social content, campaigns and creator-led work for a range of exciting brands, while helping shape the next stage of growth for the agency.
You'll be the senior lead across key accounts, driving client relationships, leading integrated teams and ensuring great work is delivered commercially and creatively.
You'll be responsible for: Leading day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted advisorManaging social content, campaigns and creator partnerships from brief to deliveryWorking closely with strategy, creative and production teams to bring ideas to lifeManaging budgets, profitability and account growth opportunitiesDeveloping and mentoring account management team membersPresenting campaign thinking, recommendations and performance reviews We're looking for: Existing Account Directors or Senior Account Managers ready to step upAgency experience across social, content, influencer or digitalStrong commercial awareness and account growth experienceBrilliant client management and stakeholder skillsExperience working within integrated creative teams If you're interested, drop me a message for a confidential conversation.
