Salary - Basic £25,000 OTE £45,000
Hours - Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30, every 2 - 3 weeks Sat 10am - 3pm day in lieu off in the week
Drivers Licence Required, company Car provided

They’re now looking for an ambitious and personable Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Negotiator who wants to work for an independent agency where they can make a real impact.
You’ll be responsible for managing buyers, generating and converting opportunities, conducting viewings and negotiating offers, while building strong relationships with both buyers and vendors.
The successful candidate will be commercially driven, confident on the phone and face-to-face, and motivated by delivering results without compromising on service.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and qualifying buyer enquiriesConducting property viewings and confidently presenting propertiesProactively following up applicants and generating sales opportunitiesMatching buyers to suitable propertiesNegotiating offers between buyers and vendorsMaintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales processProviding regular and proactive communicationProgressing agreed sales through to completionKeeping CRM records accurate and up to dateSupporting business development and generating new opportunitiesStay up to date on market trends Meet individual and Team targets Always representing the company and its properties professionally About You
Experienced within residential property sales or lettingsConfident, personable and commercially mindedDriven by targets and motivated by earning commissionAn excellent communicator and negotiatorProactive, organised and able to manage a busy workloadPersistent and resilient, with a positive attitudePassionate about property and delivering an excellent client experienceComfortable taking ownership and working independentlyA strong team player who enjoys a fast-paced environmentSome Letting duties required when needed
