HGV Class 1 Day Drivers - Full Time Ongoing
Location: Severn Beach, Bristol Pay Rate: £19.40ph - £22.66ph Shift Pattern: 5 on, 3 off Start Times: Between 05:00 – 09:00 AM
Bonus scheme running from October 11th - January 3rd. £90 paid per week, for each week worked. £50 paid within the week, £40 banked and paid at the end of the scheme. This is dependant on absences, incidences and delivery performance.
About the Role: We are looking for experiencedHGV Class 1 day driversto join a leading logistics provider on an ongoing basis. This is a physically demanding role, and drivers must be prepared to handle a variety of goods. Duties include: Delivering products including white goods such as washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, and freezers (not palletised)Handling TVs, microwaves, and other electrical appliances (some palletised)Heavy lifting and manual handling requiredEnsuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and safely The Right Candidate: HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence with a minimum of 2 years UK experienceValid CPC & Digital Tachograph CardPhysically fit and able to commit to along-term roleComfortable withmanual handling and heavy liftingReliable, professional, and committed to high service standards If you are interested in this role,apply online or contact Pertemps Bristol Driving Team.
