Academics are currently working with a specialist school in Milton Keynes that is seeking a proactive and organised School Business Manager to join their team.
As School Business Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the school, supporting the senior leadership team and helping to create an environment where staff and students can thrive.
The Role -
The successful School Business Manager will have responsibility for a broad range of school business functions, including:
Finance and budget managementHR and staff administrationHealth & safety and complianceGeneral school administration and operational processesSupporting the Principal and senior leadership teamManaging and improving systems and proceduresEnsuring the school operates efficiently and effectivelyWorking closely with staff, external professionals and stakeholders This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced School Business Manager who enjoys working in a specialist setting and wants to make a genuine contribution to the wider running of a school.
About You
Experienced within school business management, education administration or a similar operational roleHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident managing finance, HR and compliance processesAble to work independently and prioritise effectivelyA strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationshipsProactive, solution-focused and commercially awarePassionate about supporting a specialist school and its wider community The school offers a supportive working environment, professional development opportunities and the chance to play a key role within a specialist educational setting.
Location: Milton Keynes Role: School Business Manager Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience- 42,123-£48,738 FTE
