This role would suit a Year 1 Teacher who enjoys working with younger pupils and wants to create an engaging classroom where children feel confident, supported and motivated to learn.
What you'll be doing
As a Year 1 Teacher, you'll:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculumCreate a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environmentTrack pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needsSupport children's academic, social and emotional developmentPromote independence, confidence and positive learning habitsBuild strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents About you
The successful Year 1 Teacher will have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)Previous experience teaching at KS1 levelStrong classroom management and communication skillsA creative, enthusiastic and adaptable teaching styleHigh expectations for pupil progress and behaviourA genuine passion for helping young children succeed What's included?
