Customer Care Representative Basingstoke | £15.00 per hour | Hybrid Working
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and solving problems with confidence? We're looking for a proactive and organised Customer Care Representative to join a busy and supportive team in Basingstoke, on a 6-month basis, with possibility of permanent role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global organisation, managing customer accounts across the UK and playing a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service every step of the way.

Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate customer dataProcess quotations, orders and service agreementsHandle customer enquiries via phone and emailResolve delivery, technical and finance-related queriesWork closely with internal teams including Distribution, Planning, Finance and Sales OperationsInvestigate and resolve customer complaints efficientlyTrack deliveries and liaise with courier partnersSupport operational meetings and shared mailbox managementHelp achieve key service level and delivery targets What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service roleExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational skills with great attention to detailA flexible and team-focused approachConfident using Microsoft Word and ExcelSAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong customer relationships and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
