About this role
Hays Education are working closely with a number of local primary schools, nurseries and early years settings across Cosford, Albrighton, Codsall and Tettenhall and the surrounding areas. We are currently looking to recruit passionate and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educators who are committed to supporting children during the most important stages of their development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic practitioners who enjoy creating engaging learning experiences, building positive relationships and helping young children develop confidence, independence and essential early learning skills.
The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
Support children in their learning and development through play-based activitiesCreate a safe, nurturing and stimulating environmentWork alongside other practitioners to deliver high-quality early years provisionDevelop positive relationships with children, parents and colleaguesObserve, monitor and record children's progressSupport the wellbeing, social and emotional development of young learnersWork with key children where required and contribute to their individual learning journeys What We're Looking For
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)Experience working within a nursery, pre-school, primary school EYFS setting or early years environmentA genuine passion for supporting children's developmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsA caring, patient and positive approach Essential Requirement
Due to staffing ratios within early years settings and the responsibility of supporting key children, applicants must hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification to be considered for these opportunities.
