An excellent opportunity for a 3–5 year real estate professional to take genuine ownership of investments across the UK and Europe, working closely with senior investment professionals and operating partners.

Asset strategy & value creationLeasing, capex & business plansFinancial modelling, budgets & cash flowsPortfolio performance & valuationsInvestment Committee & senior reporting Ideal background: Real estate investment, asset management, acquisitions or portfolio management experience within an institutional platform, REPE fund, REIT or investment manager.Strong Excel/modelling skills and exposure to value-add real estate preferred.Mutil asset class expereince includoing Operational Real Estate would be an advantageCompetitive Package + Bonus
