Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy and well-established organisation based in Upper Heyford.

The Role As a Yard Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed checks and inspections to ensure products meet the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out quality checks and visual inspections.Identifying defects, damage or issues that do not meet required standards.Ensuring work is completed accurately and to a high standard.Recording and reporting any quality issues.Working as part of a team to resolve quality concerns.Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines.Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. About You The successful candidate will have:
A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot even minor defects.A methodical and thorough approach to work.Good communication and teamwork skills.The ability to follow processes and instructions accurately.A reliable and hardworking attitude.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within quality control, inspection, manufacturing, production, automotive or a similar environment would be advantageous, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
