About this role
My client is an medium sized Engineering firm based in Birmingham and they are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team initially on a temporary basis, however this could go permanent.
Working in a small and friendly finance function, you will report to the Finance Manager, and be responsible for processing purchase invoices, dealing with supplier statement reconciliations, chasing customers for payments, dealing with queries, and raising invoices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Skills required:
Experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableBe immediately available for a startBe a car driver due to locationHave exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships In return you will:
