Nursery Manager – Bristol
£43,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a well-established early years setting in Bristol.
We are looking for a confident and inspirational leader with a strong background in early years education, who can drive high standards of care, learning and development while creating a positive environment for children, families and staff.
The Role Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the nurseryEnsure consistently high standards of safeguarding, care and early years practiceLead, motivate and develop the nursery teamBuild strong relationships with parents, carers and external stakeholdersMonitor and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and Ofsted requirementsDrive continuous improvement across the settingManage staffing, resources and operational performance About You Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior early years leadership roleStrong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirementsConfident people leader with excellent communication skillsPassionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for childrenOrganised, proactive and commercially awareRelevant early years qualification at Level 3 or above Salary: £43,000
