Senior Care Assistant – Residential Care Home (Brixham)
Nurse Seekers are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential care home in Brixham for an experienced Senior Care Assistant on Nights.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated individual with strong leadership skills to join a supportive senior care team, delivering high-quality care to elderly residents.
36 hours per week£13.68-14.83 per hour Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the home alongside managementLeading, supervising, and supporting care staff on shiftAdministering medication in line with policies and trainingEnsuring high standards of person-centred care at all timesActing as a point of contact for staff, residents, and familiesContributing to care planning, documentation, and compliance Requirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Team LeaderMedication trainedProven experience within elderly residential careNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or currently working towards this qualificationStrong communication, leadership, and organisational skillsA genuine passion for providing high-quality care This role would suit an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in their career within a stable and rewarding residential care setting.
