Deliver high-quality nursing care within the community settingAdminister insulin safely and effectivelyUndertake wound assessments and wound care managementAdminister anticipatory medications in line with care plansProvide catheter care and managementMaintain accurate clinical records and documentationWork independently whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams Essential Requirements
Registered Nurse (NMC)Community nursing experienceCompetent in: Insulin administrationWound careAnticipatory medication administrationCatheter care Strong communication and clinical assessment skillsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred What's On Offer?
