Part-time HR Manager 3 days per week £65,000 - £70,000 (FTE) Central London

Meraki Talent is working with a growing SME looking to recruit a Part-Time HR Manager, to take full ownership of the HR function.

This is a standalone HR role, ideal for an experience HR professional who enjoys a true generalist role. Balancing HR operations and people strategy with SLT.

HR Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day HR function across the employee lifecycleProviding trusted advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR and employment mattersManaging a varied employee relations caseload, including absence, performance, conduct and grievancesLeading and supporting performance management processesAdvising on employment changes, including restructures, changes to terms and conditions and other people-related projectsDeveloping and maintaining the company's compensation frameworkSupporting the development and implementation of the wider people strategyManaging end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activitySupporting employee engagement initiatives and company cultureReviewing and improving HR policies, processes and proceduresEnsuring the business remains compliant with relevant employment legislation and best practiceProviding people data and insight to senior leadership to support decision-making Person Specification: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification – essentialProven experience working in a standalone HR role, ideally within an SME environmentStrong background working in a creative environment, media, film, TV, productions, music, advertising etcStrong generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycleGood knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practiceExperience developing or managing reward and compensation frameworksExperience supporting and delivering people strategies, engagement and culture initiativesStrong recruitment and onboarding experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA pragmatic, hands-on and commercially minded approachThe confidence to operate independently and advise senior stakeholders
