Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house serviceSupporting school leaders, teaching staff, and administrative teamsManaging telephone and email enquiries and maintaining accurate records and data systemsAssisting with attendance, admissions, and general school administrationFinacne and HR Helping to ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all timesBuilding positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors We're keen to hear from candidates who are:
Excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skillsHighly organised and methodical in their approachConfident using IT systems including Microsoft OfficeAble to work effectively under pressureComfortable working with children, families, and education professionals Safeguarding & Compliance
As part of our commitment to safeguarding children and young people, all successful candidates will be required to complete Reed's Online Safeguarding Training. An Enhanced DBS check will also be required, and our team can support you through the application process.
