Are you an experienced HR Coordinator looking for an opportunity to develop your HR experience within a growing organisation? We are working with a well-respected manufacturer who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team on a 14-month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of HR coordination and administration, along with a can-do, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

HR Coordinator Job Description Provide day-to-day HR administration, ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate, confidential, and maintained in line with company proceduresSupport Managers with a range of employee matters, including absence, performance, investigations, disciplinary processes, and HR policy guidanceAssist with recruitment and onboarding, including pre-employment checks, recruitment systems, new starter documentation, probation reviews, and access arrangementsManage employee changes throughout the employment lifecycle, including maintaining the HRIS, processing leavers, and supporting exit processesAct as a key point of contact for HR queries, assist with audits and reporting, and provide wider support to the HR Business Partner and team as required HR Coordinator Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications Previous experience within an HR or people-focused administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environmentCIPD qualification would be beneficial but not essentialManufacturing background or similar would be advantageousStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships across all levels of the businessHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively If you feel you're a good fit for this position, please click 'apply'
