An award-winning tour operator offering unique group tours, tailored travel, and cultural experiences is seeking a passionate Senior Travel Consultant to specialise in Japan. You will offer unrivalled customer experience, whatever the customer budget or personal interests, creating holidays that give people the chance to experience both the popular and little-known aspects of Japanese culture. This role will consider fully remote working (UK based only), with 3 weeks office based training. Experience wise, you will be already be a highly experience Travel Consultant, working for a luxury Tour Operator, with extensive knowledge of Japan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consult with customers to understand their individual holiday requirements.Create high-quality, tailor-made Japan itineraries based around each customer's needs.Manage the full booking process, ensuring every detail is delivered accurately and efficiently.Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout.Work towards individual and team sales targets.Prioritise and manage multiple bookings and enquiries effectively.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience of living and/or working in Japan is essential, together with a genuine passion for the destination.Excellent knowledge of Japan as a travel destination.At least two years (current or recent) working for a luxury Tour Operator specialising in Japan)Highly organised, productive and able to work accurately under pressure.Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.Self-motivated, driven and determined to achieve sales targets.
PACKAGE:
