A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge to join a large, modern residential development in Wembley Park.
This is a high-quality scheme with hundreds of residents and an impressive range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, cinema, yoga studio, golf simulator, co-working spaces and landscaped communal areas.
We're looking for a confident, professional and customer-focused individual to provide an exceptional resident experience overnight while helping to keep the development safe, secure and running smoothly.
The Role
You'll be part of a small night team, working alongside another Concierge and sharing responsibility for the site overnight.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing a warm, professional service to residents and visitorsManaging access, deliveries and resident requestsSupporting bookings and use of resident amenitiesConducting regular patrols and site inspectionsCarrying out basic Health & Safety checks, including fire doors, fire alarms, lifts and pool testingResponding to incidents and escalating issues where requiredMonitoring CCTV when necessaryLiaising with contractors and the property management teamCompleting accurate handovers to the day team About You
You could come from a residential concierge, hotel, hospitality, front-of-house or customer service background.

Professional, approachable and confident with residentsReliable and proactiveComfortable working nightsCalm under pressure with good attention to detailConfident using IT and recording information No SIA licence is required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to move into residential property from hospitality or customer service.
