A leading City law firm is looking for a Resource Advisor to decide who works on what, and to make sure the right fee earners are matched to the right deals at the right time.
Work allocation is the heart of this role, and your analytical skills will make a real difference to how the practice operates and performs.

Own work allocation across a transactional practiceTrack capacity and utilisation to guide your allocation decisionsUse data to forecast workload and sharpen work allocationBuild strong relationships with fee earners and partnersProduce clear management information on resource levels and work allocation What you bring
Experience in analyticsA Big Four or similar professional services background (a big plus)Confidence working with senior stakeholdersA genuine drive to upskill and grow your career Salary: c. £45,000 - £55,000
