The Role
Supporting pupils in the classroom and helping them engage with their learning.Working alongside teachers and school staff to support pupils' progress.Providing one-to-one and small-group support.Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills.Building positive relationships with children and young people.Supporting classroom activities, behaviour management and daily school routines.Gaining valuable practical experience within a professional education setting. Who We're Looking For
Recent graduates or university students.A genuine interest in working with children and young people.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.An enthusiastic, patient and approachable attitude.Reliable, professional and proactive individuals.Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
