Administrator – International Charity | Immediate Start

Charity Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-known international charity based in Lambeth, London.

Key Responsibilities
Opening, sorting and processing incoming mail from donors.Sorting donations and preparing them for processing onto the charity’s in-house database.Recording and distributing incoming mail to various fundraising teams and departments.Entering and recording information accurately onto internal systems.Photocopying, scanning and organising documents as required.Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team.Maintaining accurate records and handling correspondence with a high level of attention to detail. About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.Strong organisational and time-management skills.The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.A reliable, proactive and flexible approach to work.
