We're partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity backed group is looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant.
The business has expanded significantly through acquisition and continues to have ambitious plans for growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join at an exciting stage, working closely with senior management and helping improve the quality of financial reporting and decision making across the group.
The role
You’ll take ownership of management accounting and reporting across several areas of the business, including:
Preparing monthly management accountsProducing budgets, forecasts and variance analysisPartnering with senior managers and providing meaningful financial insightSupporting month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations and reportingImproving financial controls, systems and processesAssisting with the integration of newly acquired businessesSupporting wider projects across the finance team The person
We’re looking for someone with strong management accounting experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
Key Requirements: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or close to full qualification (A strong QBE would also be considered)Strong excel skillsAbility to business partner with internal and external stakeholdersexcellent attention to detail and the confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders outside finance.
