Maths Tutor (SEND) - Chester-le-Street £30 per hour (PAYE) Spencer Clarke Tutors are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maths Tutor to support a learner with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in the Chester-le-Street area.
The Role Deliver 1:1 Maths tuition to a learner with an EHCPPlan and adapt sessions to meet the learner's individual needs and learning styleBuild a positive, engaging, and supportive relationship with the learnerDeliver sessions within the learner's home environmentMonitor progress and provide session feedback where required Requirements Qualified Maths specialist with strong subject knowledgeExperience supporting learners with SENDComfortable delivering tuition within learners' homesEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceAbility to differentiate lessons and adapt teaching approachesReliable, patient, and committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable learners What We Offer £30 per hour PAYEFlexible working opportunitiesOngoing support from a dedicated consultantOpportunity to make a genuine difference to a young person's education and confidence
