You will work alongside experienced teachers and the school's inclusion team, supporting pupils both individually and in small groups. What You'll Be Doing As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small-group support across the primary age rangeDeliver targeted interventions in reading, phonics, writing and mathsSupport pupils with SEND and additional learning needsHelp children develop confidence, independence and positive learning behavioursWork alongside teachers to adapt activities and resourcesSupport pupils during lessons, playtimes and wider school activitiesContribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment Who We're Looking For The school is particularly interested in candidates who are:
