The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store. You’ll have the autonomy to run your business your way—driving sales, leading your team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store teamDriving sales performance and delivering on key KPIsCreating an engaging, well-presented, and commercially strong store environmentManaging stock, costs, and operational efficiencyEnsuring high standards of customer service, compliance, and health & safetyAnalysing performance and implementing improvements to maximise profitability About You
