Business Development Manager Southend - Hybrid
Full-time - Monday to Friday
Up to £50,000 per annum
Are you a driven sales professional with experience in water hygiene, compliance, or technical services? We are looking for a commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive growth across commercial and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and secure new business opportunities within water hygiene and Legionella compliance services.Build strong relationships with facilities managers, landlords, and building operators.Develop and manage a pipeline through networking, referrals, targeted prospecting, and industry events.Prepare and present technical proposals, tenders, and remedial quotations.Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing accounts.Provide technical support and expert advice on complex water system and compliance matters.Conduct site audits to ensure service quality and compliance standards are maintained. What We're Looking For:
Proven business development or sales experience within water hygiene, Legionella control, facilities management, or a related technical sector.Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions.Commercially focused with a proactive, customer-centric approach.Commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
