This is a great opportunity to join a purpose-led organisation in a key front-of-house role. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome while supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.

The role of Receptionist will give you the opportunity to be involved with:
Managing the front-of-house reception and providing a warm welcome to visitorsAnswering incoming switchboard calls and directing enquiries appropriatelyGreeting visitors, customers and contractorsHandling occasional sensitive calls calmly and empathetically before transferring callers to the appropriate teamProviding general administrative and office supportCoordinating day-to-day office requirements, including lunch ordersDirecting visitors and helping with general enquiriesMaintaining a professional and discreet approach when dealing with sensitive situationsSupporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties You
As Receptionist you will be skilled and/or experienced in the following:
Previous reception, customer service experienceExcellent communication skills and a confident telephone mannerFriendly, approachable and professional when dealing with a wide range of peopleAble to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and maturityStrong sense of discretion and appropriate professional boundariesReliable and self-sufficient with the ability to work without close supervisionOrganised with a proactive approach to your workComfortable working in a front-of-house environmentAvailable to work on-site Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmAvailable to start immediately or at very short notice At Three Bridges Recruitment, two of our values are “striving for brilliance” and “relatability”.
