Legal Cashier Responsibilities:
Support & cover for the processing of the online BACS & CHAPS payments plus receipt allocating to the client accountTaking card payment in the office and over the phone.Assisting with billing.General posting on office & client account.Dealing with office to nominal transactions.Processing client to client transfers.Client account reconciliationsProcessing client to office transfersDealing with daily bankingDealing with stopped chequesDealing with Residual client balancesArrange BACS payments to clear residual client balances Legal Cashier Experience Required
Experience as a Legal Cashier in a law firm environmentKnowledge of Solicitors Accounts RulesProficient in Microsoft ExcelAttention to detailStrong organisational skills and communication skills What's on Offer?
