CRM Marketing Executive A well-established travel organisation is seeking a talented CRM Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Salary of £33k to £35k, hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day in the office.
CRM Marketing Executive – Role & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering targeted marketing activity across multiple channels. Working closely with product teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies, you’ll help shape and execute campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and brand loyalty.
Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, newsletters, app notifications, SMS, print, and digitalWorking with CRM agency to segment audiences and deliver personalised messagingCollaborating with product managers and marketing leads to identify priorities and optimise campaign performanceDeveloping and managing marketing communication plans, ensuring timely execution across all channelsWriting and presenting briefs to internal teams and external partnersMonitoring campaign performance against KPIs and recommending improvementsCreating and curating content across media platforms, including copywriting and image sourcingProofreading and ensuring accuracy of all outbound communicationsContributing to market research and competitor analysis CRM Marketing Executive – Skills & Experience Required:
Marketing or related degreeMinimum 3 years’ experience in a B2C marketing role, ideally within the travel or leisure industry Strong background in CRM and digital . / email campaign deliveryExperience and ability to brief specialist CRM agencyAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with internal stakeholders and external agenciesCommercially astute with the ability to interpret data and generate insightsHighly organised, proactive, and able to work independentlyStrong copywriting skills and attention to detail CRM Marketing Executive – Additional Info & Key Benefits:
